Inclusion Criteria:

- Septorhinoplasty

- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II

- Written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

- ASA classification greater than III

- Allergy to ropivacaine

- Incapability to give consent

- Chronic pain

- Coagulopathy
