Inclusion Criteria:

• healthy men and women

Exclusion Criteria:

• diabetes mellitus or impaired glucose tolerance

• clinical signs of hyperandrogenism

• polycystic ovary

• hormonal therapy

• BMI > 30 kg/m2

• dysmenorrhoea
