Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- Acute pancreatitis with Ranson Criteria over 2, and/or CRP over 100, and or pancreatic
necrosis on CT scan

Exclusion Criteria:

- Coagulation disorders

- Skin infection of the vertebral region
