Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Acute pancreatitis with Ranson Criteria over 2, and/or CRP over 100, and or pancreatic necrosis on CT scan

Exclusion Criteria:

• Coagulation disorders

• Skin infection of the vertebral region
