Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:.Adult patients (> 18 years) with severe psoriasis who will start treatment with either
adalimumab or methotrexate.
Exclusion Criteria:
.Pregnancy or lactation. .Chronic liver or renal disease. .History of tuberculosis. .Cancer
and blood disorder.
