Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Chronic congestive heart failure

• Ischemic heart disease

Exclusion Criteria:

• Diabetes

• Exercise limiting disease other than heart failure

• Congenital heart disease

• Arterio-venous shunts

• Renal failure

• Valvular heart disease
