Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

High risk patients for postoperative nausea and vomiting:

• Female

• No smoking

• BMI =18.5-24.9 for control group

• BMI >30 for other groups

• undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion Criteria:

• Diabetes mellitus
