Inclusion Criteria:

• Clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer Scheduled laparoscopic gastrectomy

Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients refusal to consent Hyperbilirubinemia Chronic pain Opioid abuse Incurrent infective status Peripheral vascular disease
