Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- neurosurgical patients after subarachnoidal hemorrhage

- breathing spontaneously or being ventilator dependant

- sustained fever (≥38ºC for more than an hour) without an identifiable infectious
cause.

Exclusion Criteria:

- infection

- pregnancy

- arrhythmia

- muscular dystrophia

- acute liver disease
