Inclusion Criteria:- diagnosed osteo or rheumatoid arthritis
- Oral NSAIDs were not deemed appropriate treatment
- Completed diclofenac sensitivity patch test with negative result
- Signed informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria:
- At the discretion of the physician and HPB
