Inclusion Criteria:

- Hypertension patients not included exclusion criteria

- Mean seated SBP ≥140mmHg in patients with newly Diagnosed

Exclusion Criteria:

- msDBP≥110mmHg or ms SBP ≥ 180mmHg at the screening and randomization visit
