Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- Osteoarthritic knee who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion Criteria:

- Abnormal coagulation or bleeding disorder

- Allergy to tranexamic acid

- History of thromboembolism or ischemic heart disease or cerebrovascular accident

- chronic kidney disease stage 3-4
