Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- Acute brain injury

- Patient who receive an antibiotic for an infection or prophylaxy

- Glasgow coma score < 8

Exclusion Criteria:

- Age < 18 years old

- Pregnant woman

- HCV, HIV, HBV infection
