Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- Active heroin or other illicit opioid use

- Active hepatitis C

- No medical or psychiatric contraindications

- Able to sign informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

- No opiate dependence

- Age <18

- Unable or uninterested in attending weekly group sessions
