Summary
The objective is to test the effect of pecto intercostal fascial plane block (PIFB) as regard
its impact on pain after sternotomy involved open heart surgery. The authors hypothesize that
bilateral PIFB can reduce pain resulting from sternotomy following open heart surgeries.
