Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

1. 18-35 yr old

2. Provide informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

1. BMI ≥33

2. Known history of moderate to severe liver (Child Class B or C) or kidney disease (serum Cr > 1.5)

3. Use of prescription or non-prescription medications, herbals or foods known to be metabolized by or affecting CYP2B6

4. Females who are pregnant or nursing

5. Known history of drug or alcohol addiction (prior or present addiction or treatment for addiction)

6. Direct physical access to and routine handling of addicting drugs in the regular course of duty (a routine exclusion from studies of drugs with addiction potential)
