Inclusion Criteria:

- Signs of a bleeding in the stomach

- One endoscopically confirmed bleeding ulcer in the stomach or duodenum

Exclusion Criteria:

- Malignancy or other advanced disease.

- Major cardiovascular event.

- Severe hepatic disease
