Inclusion Criteria:

• Referral for pharmacologic stress SPECT MPI

• Have suspected Ischemic heart disease

Exclusion Criteria:

• Acute myocardial Infarction, Coronary artery bypass graft, percutaneous coronary intervention within 30 days of enrollment

• Severe asthma or COPD
