Inclusion Criteria:

• Diagnosis of RA (class I to III)

• Stable dose of methotrexate (at least 12 weeks)

Exclusion Criteria:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• Abnormal screening laboratory test values considered to be clinically significant
