Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• aged over 18

• selective operation patients with endotracheal intubation for general anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria:

• highly sensitive to local anesthetics of amide derivatives or anything else in compound lidocaine cream

• congenital or idiopathic methemoglobinemia
