Summary
This is a first-in-human (FIH) study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of single and multiple dose levels of GLR2053 in healthy male and female adult participants, and to evaluate the effect of a high-fat meal on the pharmacokinetics of GLR2053.
