Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion Criteria:

• risks of hemorrhage

• thromboembolic risks

• weight less than 40 kg

• pregnant, suspect pregnancy, or subjects who want to become pregnant
