Inclusion Criteria:- Age 20 to 80 years
- Patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemias
Exclusion Criteria:
- Orthostatic hypotension
- History of ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation
- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
