Summary
Chronic postoperative pain (CPSP) is common symptom in patients after surgery, seriously
affected the quality of life. Accumulating evidences have demonstrated dexmedetomidine can
improve chronic pain. However, the prevention of dexmedetomidine on CPSP remain uncertain.
